1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
We strive to get your research compounds to your laboratory as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24hrs.
- Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be processed and typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Additionally, due to the nature of our products and carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
3. Shipping Carriers
UPS is our primary shipping partner. However, we reserve the right to utilize other reputable carriers as needed to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your items.
4. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method. Our standard options include:
- Free Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): On all orders over $200
- UPS Ground (2-3 business days): $10
- UPS 2-Day Air: $20
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $40
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly, or you can track your shipment via the Order Tracking page on our website.
6. Sales Tax
All applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated automatically and included in your order total at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging our lyophilized compounds securely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will compensate or replace products that are definitively confirmed as lost or damaged by the carrier. We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in carrier rates or fulfillment operations. Any changes will be posted on this page.
