1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Ameano Peptides Store are strictly intended for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the highly sensitive nature of these lyophilized research compounds, we cannot accept standard returns. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the order meets the strict exception criteria listed below.

2. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will only issue a refund or a replacement under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a product that is damaged or compromised upon arrival.
  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order confirmation.

3. The 7-Day Return Rule & Eligibility

If your order qualifies for an exception due to damage or an incorrect shipment, the physical return must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.

To be fully eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Completely unopened, unused, and with seals fully intact.

Note: We will not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, reconstituted, or used, regardless of the circumstances.

4. Reporting Requirements (24–48 Hours)

To qualify for a refund or replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, you must act quickly:

  • Report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of the carrier marking the package as delivered.
  • Email our support team at sales@ameanopeptidesstore.com with your order number.
  • You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage to the vial/packaging or showing the incorrect item received.

Claims made after the 48-hour delivery window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If your return claim is approved due to an error on our part (incorrect item) or transit damage, Ameano Peptides Store will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to our facility.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the funds to fully clear and appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
